Vinyasa yoga

Vinyasa yoga lessons are based primarily on ashtanga's asanas. The lessons are dynamic and each lesson is unique. We always start with greetings to the sun and during the lesson we go through a series of positions focusing on all body parts. All this with an emphasis on proper breathing and the continuity of individual positions through the vinyasis.

Office yoga

Whether you are a small company with a few employees or a large corporation, I will prepare custome-made lessons for you with an emphasis on strengthening the body parts that are most burdened by mostly sedentary jobs. Lessons can take place in the morning, during the lunch break or after work. Not only will you do something positive for your body and mind, but you will also have regular extracurricular activities with your colleagues. You can practice directly at your office or in another space near your company, and now also online. Employees of ČSOB, Horizon Holding, Hilton Prague Old Town or Lehotsky Capital are definitely the most fit.

Private yoga

Private lessons are always designed exactly according to your needs. I teach complete beginners and advanced, because yoga is a lifelong journey and there is always something to discover and learn. More than an hour of individual approach can move your practice faster and more effectively to the desired result.

 

Yoga for athletes

Yoga lessons are prepared specifically for the needs of active athletes. Yoga will teach you to work with your breath and attention, which will positively affect your sports performance. We will also focus on building the strength of the center of the body, increasing flexibility and relieving tension in stressed muscle areas. We involve all parts of the body and muscle groups during breathing in yoga positions, compensate for one-sided loading and reduce the risk of injury to overloaded parts of the body. Yoga practice evenly balances tension and relaxation and aims to gain physical and mental stability and balance.

Surf yoga & camps

A few years ago, I fell in love with surfing and the ocean, and I combined this new passion with yoga. I created a concept of lessons for everyone who wants to prepare as best they can out of season, improve their performance on the waves and at the same time regenerate body and mind. The lessons are focused on the parts of body that are most stressed when surfing. With proper and regular exercise, you will get better condition and at the same time prevent possible injuries.
Surf yoga camps are regularly held in several destinations around the world. The stays are prepared to be enjoyed by complete beginners as well as experienced yogis and surfers. In addition to these two key activities, other workshops, lectures, joint trips and tastings of local cuisine are provided during the stay.
