Information on the processing of personal data
A natural person doing business (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) Veronika Ševčíková, with its registered office at Podolská 613/28, 140 00 Prague 4, identification number: 03345238, as a personal data controller, hereby informs its customers about the method and scope of personal data processing by the Seller, including the scope of rights related to the processing of their personal data by the seller.
The seller processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC on the protection of personal data, hereinafter "GDPR"), and in accordance with the relevant national legislation in the field of personal data protection.
The Seller collects and processes personal data only in accordance with the specified purposes and to the extent and for the time necessary to fulfill these specified purposes, which the customer provided to him by granting consent to data processing or personal data obtained under performance of the contract (order) .
Purpose and legal basis for the processing of personal data The processing of personal data is necessary for negotiations on the conclusion or amendment of a contract to which the customer is a party and for the subsequent performance of the contract.
The seller collects and processes personal data of the customer in the range - name, surname, email address, telephone number, postal address. The communication of this personal data by the customer is a basic precondition for concluding or amending a contract for the supply of goods, where the provision of personal data serves primarily to clearly and unmistakably identify the customer. Personal data will be processed indefinitely.
The processing of personal data is necessary to comply with the legal obligations of the seller. These obligations arise in particular from Act No. 89/2012 Coll. (Civil Code) and from Act No. 90/2012 Coll. (Act on Business Corporations).
Sending business messages and storing cookies
The customer agrees to the sending of information related to the goods, services or business of the seller to the electronic address of the buyer and further agrees to the sending of commercial communications by the seller to the electronic address of the buyer.
The customer agrees to the storage of so-called cookies on his computer. If it is possible to make a purchase on the website and fulfill the seller's obligations under the purchase contract without storing so-called cookies on the buyer's computer, the buyer may revoke the consent under the previous sentence at any time.
Processors and recipients
In addition to the Seller and its employees, personal data may also be processed by the Seller's processors in order to ensure the purposes described above, on the basis of personal data processing agreements concluded in accordance with the GDPR.
The seller informs that personal data may be transferred to third parties on the basis of a legal request, who have the legal authority to request the transfer of the personal data in question. The seller also transmits personal data to entities through which it provides services (transport, logistics, communications). These entities are also obliged to treat personal data in accordance with the GDPR.
Security of personal data
The Seller declares that it has taken all appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure personal data in accordance with the GDPR Regulation.
The seller has taken technical measures to secure data repositories and repositories of personal data in paper form.
The seller declares that only persons authorized by him have access to personal data.
Customer rights
The customer is entitled to request information on whether personal data concerning him are or are not processed by the seller, and if so, he has the right to access this personal data and the following information: purpose of personal data processing, categories of personal data concerned, recipients or categories of recipients of personal data, the period for which the personal data will be stored, the sources of personal data. The seller will provide the first copy of the processed personal data to the customer free of charge. For additional copies at the request of the customer, the seller may demand a reasonable payment not exceeding the cost necessary to provide such information.
If the customer believes that the seller is processing personal data in violation of the protection of personal and personal life of the customer or in violation of the law, especially if personal data are inaccurate with respect to the purpose of their processing, the customer may request the seller to correct or deletion (liquidation) of this personal data, or restriction (blocking) of processing. Furthermore, the customer may object to such processing.
The seller always informs the customer without undue delay, in any case within one month of receiving the request, of the settlement of his request.
The customer has the right to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection at any time with his complaint.
